Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions are subject to this competition:
- This competition is organized by Maastricht Instruments BV, Oxfordlaan 70, 6229 EV Maastricht.
- The competition starts December 12th and ends December 31st.
- Participants can compete for an iPad2 by providing an answer to three questions concerning an idea for an innovative medical or life sciences application or device.
- The iPad2 will be delivered by Maastricht Instruments.
- No costs will be charged for participating in the competition.
- One iPad2 - 16GB - WiFi will be rewarded the participant submitting the winning answer.
- Winners will be selected by a jury consisting of Maastricht Instruments employees.
- Winners will be notified by telephone and/or by email by a Maastricht Instrumens employee.
- The prize winner will be announced January 9th. The prize will be awarded on a specific date in consultation with the winner.
- Parents or legal guardians need to give written permission for participants under 16 years old.
- No gambling taxes are required for this competition.
- The terms, conditions and other information concerning this competition are available on our website www.maastrichtinstruments.com.
- Complaints about this competition can be sent to email@maastrichtinstruments.com and will be handled within two weeks after acceptance.
- Maastricht Instruments follows the code of conduct for promotional activities with this competition.
- Maastricht Instruments may change the prize in case of organizational urgency without notifying the participants.
- No rights can be obtained from Maastricht Instruments, this competition or its winners.
- Maastricht Instruments is not liable for any claims arising from this competition.
- Participating is allowed for employees of Maastricht Instruments and/or their relatives.
- Participants submutting an idea to this competition have the primary right to be actively involved in further development.
- Any ideas or information submitted to this competition may be used by Maastricht Instruments for publication, acquisition, new business activities or any other purpose without permission from the participant.
- By submitting your idea to this competition, Maastricht Instruments will become co-owner of the idea.

- Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
