Various types of sensors can be used to measure (bio) medical parameters. These parameters include physiological signals such as heart rate, muscle activity, breathing rate and blood pressure as well as non-physiological signals such as acceleration, orientation, temperature and pressure. Depending on the application, you can opt for a wireless or wired sensor. While Maastricht Instruments does not produce or supply these sensors, we can draw on our years of experience to help you find the right products. We can also have specific sensors developed for you. Data parameter values can only be accessed using data acquisition hardware.
